Yes! We're still currently able to accept and ship orders both inside the UK and internationally. However, due to circumstances being able to change at any given moment, we recommend that you use your home address for your shipping address. Please only use a business address' if absolutely necessary, or if you're confident that your workplace falls under a key workers workplace.
We ship out orders the same day (before 3pm) and if you were to contact us via email, we may not be able to respond within time to amend your details. Therefore there would be nothing that the Tericci support team could do, we ask that you double check your address prior to purchasing.
At present we are not experiencing any delays within the UK, however there may be minor delays internationally. If any significant delays occur, we will be sure to contact you using your email address used at the checkout.

All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Our orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. If we run in to any problems regarding your order being dispatched, we will contact you via the email provided at the checkout.
We only send tracking information if it has been requested via email, this is because our orders arrive in a timely manor; since they're being shipped from the UK. However, we understand some people like peace of mind, so please feel free to contact us via email should you require it.
Tericci is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it's been delivered, please check with your mailman, neighbours or building manager/mail room, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
This may happen when items are sent to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it.
Also, please check with your mailman, neighbours, or building manager/mailroom. In these cases, you can request proof of delivery certificate from the shipping courier by filling in a signature request form. We'll also be contacting the courier to find out what happened.
When ordering outside of the United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Tericci will repair or replace your product, should you experience any unusual breakages or inadequate levels of craftsmanship. Any future repairs will incur a fee, the rate will be dependant on the product in question.
To redeem the guarantee you must contact the support team with photos or videos of your damaged product.
Once our support team have received all of your information regarding the refund and you have been accepted for a refund; we will process it immediately. This process may take 3-5 business days, however there are certain situations where it may take up to 10 days.
Our materials are certified 14-18K gold, 925 sterling silver, stainless steel, brass and genuine rhodium and are in full compliance with the Jewelry Vigilance Committee. We fully guarantee the authenticity of our materials. Every order comes with a certification and guarantee card.
We use the most advanced PVD plating process available and all pieces are five times dipped in 18K gold. This process allows our gold plated jewellery to last longer than any typical gold plating, that you may be used to. We are constantly working to improve processes to ensure our products are the longest lasting available.

To help maintain the superior standard, clean regularly with non-abrasive polish as jewellery can tarnish when left to age. Avoid contact with perfume, remove prior to swimming and store in your pouch when not in use.
We offer extremely high quality PVD plating across all pieces, however we advise taking some precaution.
Chlorine, especially at elevated temperatures, can permanently damage or discolour your gold jewellery. Stay away from wearing your jewellery while swimming or in hot temperature water.
