What is the Blackout Sale?
Each year we host an event that we like to call the "Blackout Sale". We host this event through the Black Friday period and our 2022 Blackout Sale will commence 10/11/23 at 20:00 (GMT) and will end 30/11/22 at 20:00 (GMT).
What Can I expect?

Can I get early access?
Yes you can, we are going to be granting early access to our VIP members. Our website will lock on the day of the event at 16:00 and our VIP members will be given a password at 18:00 via SMS & Email.

What makes it so special?
We're proud to offer the quality that we do, at the affordable prices that we charge. Which is why we only have one sale per year and that is our Blackout Sale. The purpose of the annual sale is to give back to our community and to allow those with smaller budgets to get their hands on some of our items.
Discount codes aren't working?
During our Black Friday event, coupons and discount codes are deactivated as the price is already the best that we can do! Gift cards will still work.
Placing an order
Due to stock availability & demand it is almost guaranteed that our best sellers will sell out, along with a lot of other items. If you are looking to take part in the sale we strongly advise that you do so as soon as you can.
If you manage to purchase an item and it has sold out, we strongly advise that you wait until we restock. That way you can secure the price that you have paid, since you will not see our prices go this low again until next year.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to complete your purchase. Your order is only confirmed after your payment has been completed.
If your order contains multiple items and some of the items from your order have sold out, you will be given some options on how to proceed by our support team.
Returns & refunds
If you're placing an order for the purpose of gifting a friend or loved one at Christmas, we have extended our returns policy to help with this. Our normal policy states the following:
"We allow up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless you experience an error on our behalf (we've sent you the wrong item)."
However, from the start of our Blackout Sale (10/11/23) we will be extending our policy for exchanges only to 10/01/24. Orders that require a refund must be returned back to us within 14 days of the arrival of your order. But orders can be returned for an exchange up to 10/01/24.
Any orders placed prior to the Blackout Sale will not be subject to the discounts offered throughout the event. Any orders returned to us for a refund and then purchased at a lower cost throughout the sale will also be refunded.
Due to exceptionally more orders than usual, we will require more time than usual to dispatch your order. Due to this we are offering free UK delivery and half price International delivery. Once your item has been dispatched you will be notified with your tracking number via email or SMS.
Throughout our Blackout Sale our customer support team will also be experiencing exceptionally more requests. So we ask that you please allow a little longer than usual for a response.
If you contact us to cancel an order, there is a possibility that your order may be dispatched before a response can be given. If this does happen, then the item will need to be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of arrival and the returns postage is paid by you. So please make sure that everything in your cart is checked prior to completing your purchase.
