CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:

 

Today (Friday 22nd) is the last day that orders will be shipped to arrive in time for Christmas. 

We will be shipping orders on Saturday 23rd as usual and then shipping will resume from Wednesday the 27th.

Shipping Information:
  • Shipping times quoted are the time it will take once the item has been shipped. Please also allow 1-2 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
  • All orders are shipped from the UK via a Royal Mail Post Office.
  • All orders will be tracked and will require a signature. 
  • All orders will be packaged and shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 2pm (U.K time). Orders placed after then will be shipped the following day.

  • Customs charges such as duty and tax, may apply to international orders and the receiver accepts that it is their responsibility to pay the charges.

Failed Delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Tericci) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.


Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered:
We do not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered. We ask that the delivery address you choose is secure and there will be someone there to receive your parcel. 


Independent Third Party Damage 
In accordance with clause 14.6 of the Terms of Service, Tericci is not liable or hold itself out to be liable whether by its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors for any damage of any products purchased from the site by a consumer or otherwise which is damaged or otherwise after it leaves the power, possession, custody or control of Tericci. 

In accordance with clause 14.7, in the event that a product is damaged during transit, delivery or otherwise by independent third parties who are not affiliated with Tericci, outside of the power, possession, custody or control of Tericci, Tericci warrants to provide the consumer with a replacement of the same purchased product within 10 days from the date of consumer notifying Tericci of the damaged product.
