Returning Items:

To begin the process for a return or replacement - please email support@tericci.com

We allow up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless you experience an error on our behalf (we've sent you the wrong item). 

Please make sure you have tracking and proof of weight for the parcel that you're returning. Please also include the packing slip for your order, this will help us trace the package back to you. Failing to do this may result in us being unable to return / refund you.

As soon as we receive your return, we will begin the inspection process for the refund or replacement. We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. Your package must include the product(s) and all of the Tericci packaging, including the lifetime guarantee card.

Any item returned damaged, containing a strong smell, or assumed to have been worn will be refused. Should your item(s) be refused, the item(s) can be shipped back to you and you again will pay for the shipping cost.

When returning for an exchange, we only allow the item to be returned once. So please make sure that you know for certain which item you would like instead.

Returns received with any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage) will be refused.

Note: We do not accept any returns for custom products or solid gold orders as they are made-to-order and cannot be resold. All earrings sales are final.

 

Returning items purchased during a sale / offer:

Orders placed during a slashed price sale can only be returned for exchanges (swapping for another size / colour or product). Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If the required item(s) for the exchange is sold out, or has been discontinued; then we will issue a gift card to the item value.  

Orders placed during any of the following - Buy one get one free / buy 2 get one free can be returned for exchanges (swapping for another size / colour or product). Refunds can only be accepted on orders where the deal is not applied (there are no free items in the order).

If you are returning for an exchange, we will honour the new item at the sale price, if the sale is still active. If the sale is inactive, depending on the situation we may or may not be able to honour the sale price for required item. Orders placed using a discount code are subject to the same terms.

Lifetime Guarantee:

Our lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one-time repair of the product - free of charge, subject to clause 14.6 of the Terms of Service. We will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage. You will need to send us a photo or video of the damage. There is a £50 repair fee (or equivalent currency exchange at date of initial request to repair) if you encounter future problems, after a replacement has been sent. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches, intentional breakage, water damage).

To redeem the guarantee you will need your Lifetime Guarantee card and you must contact the support team with photos or videos of your damaged product.

Customers are liable to cover the cost of shipping the product(s) back to Tericci, when returning for a repair or replacement.

Note: Custom products or solid gold pieces are made-to-order and are not covered by our lifetime guarantee.
