Contact us regarding an order:

- Make sure you include your order number, this will allow us to answer your questions much sooner. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.

- Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Our support team works through the emails from bottom up. So if you contact us more than once, your email gets pushed back to the top.

Contact us regarding a private order:

- Please specify which product you are looking for and the size relevant to you.

- Please let us know exactly which materials you are looking for E.G - Solid 14k gold or white gold. If applicable, please also include the required stones E.G - VS1 diamonds.

- For completely new pieces, please include as much information as you can and try to include high quality images to help.
